Oral Arguments On Prop 8

Wordinedgewise liveblogged the arguments. She (or he, not sure) thinks that the judges are leaning towards upholding Prop 8, but won’t allow it to be retrospective — meaning those same-sex couples who have already gotten married in California, will continue to have their marriages recognized by the state. We won’t know for sure until the Court releases it’s decision (which was probably already written before today’s arguments).
