    Are we supposed to believe that two proton torpedoes, admittedly powerful weapons that are just about right for producing heavy damage to a small frigate or gunship, destroyed an armored battle station the size of a SMALL MOON?

    Proton blast waves don’t melt duraluminum.

    . . . it’s just as silly as the claim that Skywalker succeeded using magical powers conferred on him by his “special destiny” as inheritor of “Jedi knight” arcane knowledge of “the Force.”
