“Partial-birth” abortion ban passes senate.
| March 14th, 2003Unsurprisingly, the “partial-birth abortion ban” passed the Senate 64-33. I’ve blogged some about this bill earlier this week, and I plan another post or two on the subject this weekend.

So what happens next? The ban goes to the House, which will pass it, and then it’ll be signed into law by Bush. Then someone sues and we all wait to see what the Supreme Court makes of it.
