That one’s getting around. This I the third time I’ve seen it.
My wedding dress is around here somewhere. I ruined it with stage blood when I dressed as the Vampire Bride a few years ago for Halloween. Maybe this year I’ll roll around in the mud in it and go as Madeleine Usher. LOL

My wedding dress is too small!! I am selling it brand new (tags still on) for $550, so I can get another. This is a David’s Bridal, size 12, with beaded spaghetti straps. The dress is gorgeous.

Hi my name is jessica, I’m 18. I was supposed to go to my prom this past school year. I wanted something extremely elegant and formal, not tight and (excuse the language) slutty looking. So I went to David’s Bridal. Unfortunately, I was not able to make it. My dress is Ivory, with no train, and has the buttons down the zipper back, also has beaded spaghetti straps. I have an ivory wedding dress I desperately need to sell. I never wore it, bought it 2 yrs ago. I also have a tiara, gloves, slip, and veil. I want to get rid of everything. I was married, beaten, and then divorced. He took everything, I never wore the dress though, he never even saw it but I need the money bad. The dress is gorgeous and I have pictures if you want to see it. I just do not want any memories of anything. Cost almost $600 asking around $350 but am willing to negotiate. I have a beautiful white, size 6 wedding dress. My dress was made with the most layers of towle ever put on a dress; 14 Layers! Looks like a ball gown. Paid $1600.00, asking $800.00.Also have tiara and veil-asking$50.00 for the set. I also have 3 flower girls dresses that were made to match paid around $80.00-$110.00 for and I’m only asked $45.00. My sister was left at the alter-which leaves her with a brand new, never worn wedding dress. I sympathize with all in this situation. The dress is traditional white size 12 made for a rather busty girl. She can afford to knock off $100 and is asking $300. Email me for pictures/details.

We canceled our wedding so I am selling a sample Maggie Sottero Sarchi size 8. The color is ivory/lilac and comes with purse and matching stole also included is a 3 hoop crinoline. There are make up and soil smudges from when it was tried on mainly on the inside but the bridal shop said that her dresses clean up well. There is one tear at the end of where the corset ends but its right along the seam so it would be easy to have sewn. This is a beautiful dress and hope that someone could enjoy it on their special day. I would be happy to send pictures if you would like to email me. For Sale: I have an Oleg Cassini Princess/Ballroom Bridal dress, Bridal Size 10 that I bought new from David’s Bridal back in the Fall of 2002. (It’s somewhat similar to Style 5438 below the waste. The train and floor trim are similar) Only wore it once for my wedding day and would like to sell it to anyone interested. I can send photos by email. Briefly, it’s white with a white lace overlay, small clear pink beading throughout the dress (very sweet), versatile train that buckles up in the back if you like, sleeveless scoop front and low open scoop back with rows of beautiful clear white crystal beads that flow across the backline like u-shaped scoops. I have the David’s Bridal bag it came in. I also have an elbow length veil with a pink and white crystal tierra to match with the dress for seperate sale. not sure if this really works - but I have a wedding dress - Melissa Sweet “Giselle” - brand new/still with tags - retail $4100. Decided that I didn’t want it (it was an impulse buy two weeks ago) and have since bought a Lazaro dress instead. The Melissa Sweet dress has never been worn/altered, it is not a store sample. It is a size 2 but loose in the bust (I’m 5′5″ and size 2 is my normal dress size) and a bit long (thought about hemming it). I have a strapless size 8 wedding gown that I need to sell. It is white, has some sparkles around the chest, and the waist is pulled over like…it looks gathered to one side. I wore it once, it is about 4 months old. I am selling it for $400. It is in perfect shape. My wedding was in the morning, so I was in and out of it by 6pm. I have a veil and slip too if you want that to go with it. The dress is on the cover of the David’s Bridal catalog from this summer. One alteration-added about 1 inch to the bottom. Well, here it goes. I am trying to sell a very simple and elegant ivory matte satin dress, A-line with an empire waist and silver detailing, that I bought in August. It’s brand new and unaltered with tags. It’s a size 12, but as I’m sure many of you know that translates into about a size 4-6 in regular dress sizes. Well, I guess I can add to the array here. I’ve actually been looking for a way to sell my dress too and there doesn’t seem to be a good solution, even e-bay was tough. So here goes. I purchased my dress a year ago, never worn it. (Need a little more time for freedom.) It’s a Mary’s Bridal gown, strapless, ivory and rum pink, serious beading, long train and a bolero jacket. I have pics if anyone is interested. It’s a six, but I bought it with the intention of adding a corset back, I’m really a size 10. It retails for about$950 dollars, I’ll take $400. I have a Maggie Sottero “Olympia” (2004) Dress for sale. It is a size 8, but can fit sizes 6-10 due to the corset back. It is a “blush” colour (very light pink) and very simple with gorgeous beading. I too bought a wedding dress then my wedding plans changed! This dress is elaborate. It cost $1,000 but i’ll take offers. It has never been worn. I have pictures of it email me melissamdummett@hotmail.com if you want to see any or if you are interested. I am selling it with the underskirt that makes the dress poofy, a corset size 34B that is white and lacy and new, and a matching tiara.
Size 4 laser cut out on the meduim sized train outlined in beading. The bodess is beaded and it has long sleeves with laser cutouts and lace and beads. The sleeves come to a point on the top of the hand. The bottom of the dress is decorated in matching beading. The back of the dress criss crosses into a heart shape, they call that a sweetheart back. Pictures really do it justice… let me know!!

I got married in August (2004). My wedding dress cost $11,000 so I would LOVE to sell it and make some money back! It was made by famed designer Monique Lhuillier and I purchase it from her store in Beverly Hills. It is a true size 16 (not wedding dress size). It is two pieces… an exquisite lace, long sleeve beaded top and a full ivory satin skirt with lace and beading on the bottom. I think that you don’t understand men’s sizes. In shirts (dress uppy shirts, that is), you need a neck measurement & a sleeve length (ie 15 1/2, 32-33). In men’s pants, you need a waist & leg measurement ( ie 32×36).
Jackets are different, they have a size and a length (like 40 short or 46 long). Shoes, now shoes are the same. May I interest you in this lovely spiked-heel wingtip, sir?

I always end up rolling up sleeves and pants legs. That’s why I never pay attention to their lengths. Besides, every time I go to Goodwill, the tailoring department is on its collective smoke break. Drives me crazy ! It’s been years since I’ve worn a dress jacket or women’s blazer, OTOH, idle and carefree boho that I am.*
The tragic truth is that on Saturday, I will probably haul myself to Savvy or some other fat-friendly store and buy something light and drapey (but not white) to wear on the tragic day. It’s going to be over 100 in the shade, after all. The main drawback of this approach is that big women’s sizes are always too big in the chest region for me even when they fit everywhere else. I seem to put on weight everywhere but there, but I won’t have time to get anything altered.
A plague upon your winged heels ! I will be both married and buried (hopefully not on the same day) in my black Red Wing boots. Deal with it.
*Actually, I’ve been temping almost every day in fabulous Oregon City for about a month now, but don’t tell my fans.

I have a beautiful Alfred Angelo Limited Edition Wedding Dress that was bought one month ago FOR SALE. Unfortunately my wedding was canceled and its sitting in its plastic bag in my closet. Its so depressing just sitting there looking at me every morning. Someone come get it off my hands please!
size 18, but its a corset-back so it can be tightened to fit 13/14. It has never been altered or worn, not even tried on. I got it in the bag and took it out to look at it. It has a cathedral style skirt with tafeta bunching. It is ivory, strapless, and completely breathtaking.
I bought it for $1565 and I am willing to sell it for $ 1000/obo. I had to save up for so long to get this, and now I am suffering from that big hunk of money going towards this dress I wont even use.
I also have 2 Red Wine colored charmeuse bridesmaid dresses for sale. They have been tried on but never worn. I bought them for $170 each but I am willing to sell then both for a total of $265/obo. One a size 6 and the other a size 8.

I wore this for my wedding on 3.18.06 and it was so beautiful. I will include the petticoat ($60) that you wear under the dress to give it extra “pouf”. This dress has not been altered at all except for the bustle. The bustle is a 6 button bustle which costs $60. I also have white satin size 8 Casadei shoes that I only wore on that day if you are interested. I am 5′6 and with these shoes, I did not have to get the dress hemmed. I usually wear a 4 but since this ties up in the back, I went with the size 2. I will also include the David’s Bridal wedding dress bag.

I am trying to sell my never used wedding dress- my ex-fiance cancelled the wedding a month after i bought it! It is a private collection exact copy of the Maggie Sottero dress “Olympia”. Strapless with a side gather and simple beading across the top and down the side. It is white, in size 10 (fits a woman 5′5″- 5′8″, and ties up the back so any dimensions). I was going to get married in Jamaica last year but called it off at the last minute. I have a dress and veil that’s never been worn. It’s from David’s Bridal, size 12. It’s an empire-waist halter-top style with crystals underneath the bust. The veil is 2-tiered with crystals on it as well. I am willing to sell both for $400 obo with free shipping. Both the dress and veil still have tags on them. I am just wanting to get rid of them at this point. I have pictures if you would like to see the dress.

I have a brand new Davids Bridal Galina wedding dress style S8551 in white for sale. The dress is size 4 and has not been altered. The dress is BRAND NEW and has the tag still attached. It is in perfect condition and has never been worn. It is an all-over beaded lace sheath gown with a beaded trim empire neck line and a sweep train. It is absolutely gorgeous! I purchased this dress for my wedding but I am no longer a size 4 and need to sell it because Davids Bridal does not take returns. I bought it from Davids Bridal for $399 plus tax. This dress is very similar to Melissa Sweet’s style “Hallie,” but for much much less. I have the dress up for sale on ebay. You an view it here:

Gorgeous Maggie Sottero Wedding Gown almost brand new only worn once on my wedding day August 2006.
One-piece, taffeta and lace, A-line, strapless, corset back gown. Features include an elegant lace overlay on the bodice that creates an asymmetrical lowered waist. A taffeta empire band sprinkled with crystals decorates the bodice. The taffeta skirt is accented with gentle folds of fabric that are upswept at the side to reveal the enchanting lace hem. Rich lace appliqués adorn the chapel length train. I am 5′5 and The dress fit perfct when I tried on 2 inch or 3 inch heels. Retail price I purchased this dress for was $1,458.
I also purchased a cethedral veil sheer lighter shade of dress. They look gorgeous together! The veil was separate for $ 270.
Wedding dress and veil cost me $1,728. However I am willing to sell the dress and veil for only $1,000.
This is a very beautiful dress and still is a very hot seller. You will not find this dress any cheaper thats a gaurantee. The Suzanne model was named one of the most elegant creative dresses by Maggie Sottero because it took a whole different approach to wedding dresses.

Hey everyone-
I bought a brand new wedding dress from David’s Bridal two weeks ago and my ex-fiancee and I just broke up. Therefore, I have a gorgeous brand new (with tags) wedding dress to (sadly) sell.

It’s a size 8 (I wear a size 6/7) Mori Lee gown with NO alterations. It has a tulle bottom and is a halter top with sequins and pearls in a flower pattern. It’s still in the gown bag I bought it in just two weeks ago.

I have available an absolutely BEAUTIFUL Demetrios Bridal Gown from the Sensualle Collection. Brand new with tags and unaltered. Never worn except to try on upon arrival. Size 2. Demetrios measurements are kinder than other couture designers - their size 2 is equal to other bridal size 4’s. Keep in mind that I was a perfect Demetrios size 2 and a size 1 in mall clothes. I bought this gown for a destination wedding. Demetrios gowns take a few months to arrive by special order. By the time it arrived, I had gained weight and there is a no return/no refund policy. With the wedding only 1 month away, I don’t know if I can lose the weight and I need the money from this dress to purchase another - off the rack at this point. Dress cost me about $1100. This dress is gorgeous!!

I have a georgeous once used gown for sale for $250 (free shipping). The dress has not been altered for height (I’m 5′6″ and had on heels with the dress). Originally a size 6 it has been altered in the bust only, fits 32-34. It is an A-line gown with gorgeous crystal beading. Originally purchased from bridal mart in NC.

I’m trying to sell a size 8 michaelangelo gown, purchased at davids bridal. It origionally sold for aroung 600.00, I’m asking 200.00. My husband and I opted for a much smaller, private ceremony and the dress was never used. Its as it was on the rack, no alterations were ever made to it.
The dress is off the shoulder, ballgown type skirt, no train.

I recommend selling your wedding dress or attire at sellmywedding.com. One cool thing about that site is that it is a centralized place to sell not only dresses, but anything related to weddings. That made it a great place for me to pick up secondhand items for my wedding cheap.

I have a great dress I would like to sell. Never been worn. I believe it is a size 4 from davids bridal. Ball gown, white with some metallic thread detail on bodice, pearls, button detail on back. I am a 2 gown bride, I paid $2500 for Both of these Ian Stuart gowns that I planned on wearing for my big day. Now we’ve decided to elope and buy our first home instead. So, I would like to sell these gowns to gather monies for a down payment on our home. The first gown is Brand New with tags, size 10 Ivory Ian Stuart Sheath Gown with a Detachable train. Hi all. Its nice to see that I am not the only bride out there with a dress that was never worn! I bought my dress last August right after I got engaged and just recently found a dress that I like better for me. Therefore, I am in terrible need to sell this dress before I can go ahead and order my new dress. The dress I have now is a discontinued style from MAGGIE SOTTERO and is very much a princess style dress. It is off white/ivory in color, has an overlay of fabric that has gold thread leaf-like designs on it, laces up in the back (as most of her dresses do), and is also covered with sparkles and crystals which looks absolutely beautiful in the light. I would keep this dress but I felt it was a bit too much for the type of wedding I am going to have. I paid around $600 for it, but I will sell it for $500/obo and even throw in the shoulder length gold trimmed veil for free. If anyone is interested plllleeeeaaaasssseee email me. i am getting married and looking for a dress in a size 14 or 16, i want a dress with either long sleeves or short sleeves, i love a syle i seen it had sheer sleeves and was A-line and kindof like an empire waist, it was beautiful, but i really can’t afford to spend more than $130 on a dress “its just a real small wedding” if anyone has a dress like this i would Love to buy it, i really don’t want a train but if i find a dress like the one i describe for the price i can always have the trian bussled, Thanks Stacy

I am selling my wedding dress from David’s Bridal. It has been worn once (when I got married), and was then cleaned and professionally boxed up. I am now getting a divorce and no longer need to keep it.
It is a beautiful strapless satin A-line with split-front overskirt and embroidery. The dress is Ivory. I think the dress is size 14 (I am size 4).

Looking for a Romona Keveza dress or similar style. It’s an old style, from probably 2003 or 2004 Legends collection, I think! Ok this must be fate! I have a NEVER WORN, NEVER ALTERED wedding gown from David’s Bridal that I purchased thinking that I was going to get married, but I didn’t! So I would like to make someone else the proud owner of this beautiful gown! I believe it is a size 16, but in real life I am a 12-14. It is a strapless, taffeta number with beading across the chest. It’s a beautiful gown and I also have a NEVER WORN tiara to go with it! I paid $650 for the dress and tiara, but I am parting with it for $450/obo. Tags are still attached and both the dress and tiara are in it’s original packaging! I will find out the name and style number of the dress and take pictures of the tiara and dress. Sorry if I caused confusion but as per my #222 blog this will be a consignment shop nothing would be paid until sale of the gown.However I feel there is a far greater chance of selling your gown if they can be seen,touched and tried on. As I said kinks have to be worked out but I feel it will be a huge success.

Hi - This may be unusual. I have a wedding gown which is over 25 years old. It was from Galina of Boston which at the time sold at Bergdorf Goodman, Montaldos and stores of this nature. It was beautiful and expsnive. It is ivory satin and lace with pearls and beads and small buttons up the back. It is long sleeved and the neck is high. It would probably make stunning bedding (but I am not handy). Do you know where I can try to sell this? I realize today’s bride wants to wear backless, low cut, etc. I just hate to dispose of it. It has been carefully stored.

I have a gown size 4: no alterations for sell that has never been worn, wedding plans changed so got a different dress for the new style we chose. The dress is Dere Kiang style; 1561. It is strapless, beaded, and ivory. It’s gorgeous! After the wedding I wished I would have wore it, but it was too late! My engagement was broke off in July. I was to be married in September. I have a beautiful dress that hasn’t even been out of the bag. I tried the store sample on at Wend’s Bridal and ordered the dress. The wedding was called off before I even picked it up. It is beautiful.
It is a size 10, Jacquelin Wedding Dress Style 9771. I got it on sale for $925. I am willing to sell it for $450. You can type in your browser Jacquelin style 9771 and you will be able to find the dress on a few sites. This new dress with tags is in it’s original bag. It is diamond white with beautiful beading on the front torso with beading from the Knee down with beading all along the train. It has a mocha colored sache that runs around the waist to the back, come together with beading and drapes down along the train.
