Hi - This may be unusual. I have a wedding gown which is over 25 years old. It was from Galina of Boston which at the time sold at Bergdorf Goodman, Montaldos and stores of this nature. It was beautiful and expsnive. It is ivory satin and lace with pearls and beads and small buttons up the back. It is long sleeved and the neck is high. It would probably make stunning bedding (but I am not handy). Do you know where I can try to sell this? I realize today’s bride wants to wear backless, low cut, etc. I just hate to dispose of it. It has been carefully stored.

Please help. Thank you very much. I live in both New Jersey and New York City.

I have a beautiful flower girl dress wore a couple hs as we left when food started coming, very prett, true sz 8 ivory, gold spun, beaded would like 100 for dress and matching basket. it is a Mon Cheri and is on craigs lsit right now in albany ny.
shipping would be your expense

you’d cut your expenses in 1/2 for this - they don’t match the wedding dresses anymore

Sorry if I caused confusion but as per my #222 blog this will be a consignment shop nothing would be paid until sale of the gown.However I feel there is a far greater chance of selling your gown if they can be seen,touched and tried on. As I said kinks have to be worked out but I feel it will be a huge success.

I am opening a retail pre owned Wedding Gown business.The actual retail sight will not open for a few months while all the gowns are collected. The location will be in Hanover Township, Pa. I have a really beautiful dress for sale, $450, ivory, size 12, Forever Yours #48109, embroidered pearl details, 1″ strap sleeves, built-in underskirting to create the a-line effect, chiffon overlay, modest train, sewn in bra pads, ivory sash, plastic zippered garment bag…

Ok this must be fate! I have a NEVER WORN, NEVER ALTERED wedding gown from David’s Bridal that I purchased thinking that I was going to get married, but I didn’t! So I would like to make someone else the proud owner of this beautiful gown! I believe it is a size 16, but in real life I am a 12-14. It is a strapless, taffeta number with beading across the chest. It’s a beautiful gown and I also have a NEVER WORN tiara to go with it! I paid $650 for the dress and tiara, but I am parting with it for $450/obo. Tags are still attached and both the dress and tiara are in it’s original packaging! I will find out the name and style number of the dress and take pictures of the tiara and dress. Looking for a Romona Keveza dress or similar style. It’s an old style, from probably 2003 or 2004 Legends collection, I think! Style #385 - Silk, strapless, with loads of ruffles on the bottom half of the dress. Sweeping train. I’m stumped, as I can’t find one anywhere… did she make more than 1 dress??? I am selling my wedding dress from David’s Bridal. It has been worn once (when I got married), and was then cleaned and professionally boxed up. I am now getting a divorce and no longer need to keep it.

It is a beautiful strapless satin A-line with split-front overskirt and embroidery. The dress is Ivory. I think the dress is size 14 (I am size 4).

i am getting married and looking for a dress in a size 14 or 16, i want a dress with either long sleeves or short sleeves, i love a syle i seen it had sheer sleeves and was A-line and kindof like an empire waist, it was beautiful, but i really can’t afford to spend more than $130 on a dress “its just a real small wedding” if anyone has a dress like this i would Love to buy it, i really don’t want a train but if i find a dress like the one i describe for the price i can always have the trian bussled, Thanks Stacy

Hi all. Its nice to see that I am not the only bride out there with a dress that was never worn! I bought my dress last August right after I got engaged and just recently found a dress that I like better for me. Therefore, I am in terrible need to sell this dress before I can go ahead and order my new dress. The dress I have now is a discontinued style from MAGGIE SOTTERO and is very much a princess style dress. It is off white/ivory in color, has an overlay of fabric that has gold thread leaf-like designs on it, laces up in the back (as most of her dresses do), and is also covered with sparkles and crystals which looks absolutely beautiful in the light. I would keep this dress but I felt it was a bit too much for the type of wedding I am going to have. I paid around $600 for it, but I will sell it for $500/obo and even throw in the shoulder length gold trimmed veil for free. If anyone is interested plllleeeeaaaasssseee email me. I am a 2 gown bride, I paid $2500 for Both of these Ian Stuart gowns that I planned on wearing for my big day. Now we’ve decided to elope and buy our first home instead. So, I would like to sell these gowns to gather monies for a down payment on our home. The first gown is Brand New with tags, size 10 Ivory Ian Stuart Sheath Gown with a Detachable train. It has ivory and gold sequins on the bodice and matching long sleeve gloves with the same decoration. My second gown is also Brand New with tags, a size 12, White Ian Stuart Ballgown.
