		<description>Too bad he isn't any more in favor of police accountability via civilian review than Goldschmidt is.  I'm kind of astounded that no one in the media, including the &lt;i&gt;Mercury&lt;/i&gt;, seemed to take notice of that seemingly crucial fact before the primary.
