i called, i was very polite. The woman on the other line sounds like she got a few other calls, she quickly let me know that she was just a message service (it is late :). I asked her politely to leave a message that the fear-mongering push poll regarding 'homosexuality in the schools' was cruel and unappreciated.

And, we donated another round of money to Oregon No on 36 campaign (and a couple other states that have some possibility).
We are tapped out now financially, but we are considering helping with a get out the vote drive the last weekend before the election.

My home has received three of the (571) 522-1899 automated calls. Due to being on the DO NOT CALL list, I should not have received them here in Massachusetts. (see FCC Telemarketing Fact Sheet). I recommend that everyone email a complaint about this type of call to the FCC at fccinfo@fcc.gov. The more complaints the better. Maybe ccAdvertising will get cited. Please use the Fact Sheet to frame your complaint. We need to end ALL automated voice to residential phones. Enough complaints about one abuser should eliminate the loop hole for the others.
Request the FCC to have ccAdvertising abide by the DO NOT CALL list, and remove any number from their dialer that hangs up on it. There should NEVER be a second or third or more call from one of these machines.

Gay marriage is wrong... I think that it is good that someone is getting the message out there. That way if a kid picks up the phone, they can tell there parents where they stand on the issue too. That way not everything is controlled by MTV.
