If you have a top hat around, and a small child, sooner or later you’ll put the one on top of the other. It’s irresistable.
Sydney is actually quite tolorant of this habit, and sometimes seems to enjoy it.
Although, like the adults around her, what Sydney enjoys more than wearing the hat is crowning others with it.

And I agree Robert, the top one is absolutely wonderful - then again, as her mother, I’m biased about any picture that she’s in.

She’s super cute! And you can tell she knows it too. Just look at those expressions. She’s totally going “yes, you can put this top hat on me. I know how cute you will find it when you do.”
