Our law firm filed our first ortho evra lawsuit over a year ago. Recently the warning label for Ortho Evra has been updated again to indicate the risk for blood clots. This warning update comes nearly a year after the initial warning label change mentioned in the letter from Moulten and Meyer. That initial warning only discussed the increased levels of estrogen. I am one of many who believes that even the newest warning label, which indicates that there is a risk of blood clots, does not go far enough to warn women who are still using the patch. We have discussed this further on our website under the Ortho Evra blog category.
