With these extremist, it is best not to give them too much attention. I think counter protests should not be confrontational or angry. It is better to ignore them at their protest and have some kind of counter activity in another area or in this case just make a joke out of them. I tend to agree with tactic. Back when the Klan used to march here, somebody started scheduling the local Pride festival for the same time. It started small, but with facepainting and clowns and all sorts of wholesome family fun - people started going without even realizing they were supporting Pride...and eventually the Klan dudes took their toys and went home. this is how we do it :) Brilliant!
