Comments like my response to Sim are, to my mind, written much more for the benefit of the lurkers. (Interestingly, one of the folks posting to disagree with Sim on that site -- Gail Simone -- is a comics writer herself, who is about to start (or just started?) a much-publicized run writing "Wonder Woman.")
