There are a lot of good books about Jewish traditions to read, of course. If you’d like a book focusing on Hasidic Jews, Liz Harris’ Holy Days is very enjoyable.

Wow, I just read the pages available for free, and it’s gorgeous!

Also makes me want to read more about Jewish traditions. I was raised in an atheist household and presbyterian schools, very lacking in traditions and ritual. Well, unless you count guilt and scorn as traditions.

I’m looking forward to seeing Bob’s copy any day now.

But in the meantime, Amp could use a little publicity. Does anyone know people at Maxim magazine? One nice disparaging review before the book’s released would help a lot!
