Sarah in Chicago could use a little help
| January 2nd, 2009Regular “Alas” readers will remember “Sarah in Chicago” — she’s posted over 200 comments on “Alas” over the years. Sadly, her father has passed away unexpectedly. On top of everything else, the expense of going to New Zealand for the funeral is a lot. So if you can spare any amount at all, please go to Sarah’s livejournal and hit the donate button.
I know that Shakesville and Pandagon have posted about this (and probably lots of others, too); if lots of people in the community donate small amounts, the collective help to Sarah could make a big difference to her.
